ISRAEL ORDERS MASSIVE MILITARY FUEL STOCKS FAR IN EXCESS OF THAT REQUIRED FOR NORMAL OPERATIONS

Three weeks ago the US Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) published a notice, as it is legally required to do, announcing that Israel has ordered massive quantities of various fuels suitable for military use, and in the case of the order for JP-8 jet fuel, suitable only for military use.

The massive order is valued at some $2 billion and, as well as the 284 million gallons (1.075 billion litres) of JP-8 jet fuel, the order also includes 60 million gallons (227 million litres) of unleaded gasoline and 100 million gallons (378 million litres) of diesel fuel.

Last week I wrote of how it would not be possible for Israel to mount a ‘unilateral’ strike against Iran because Israel would require complete connivance and support for such a strike from the US. I explained, as I have in the past, how it would be necessary for the US to supply the massive amounts of fuel need for such a strike. If Israel were to strike Iran, Israel would only require the massive amounts of jet fuel and over a billion litres of jet fuel would be more that enough to do the job in practical terms.

If Israel were planning to strike Iran then that would explain the requirement for the large amounts of JP-8 fuel. However, it does not explain Israel’s need for such large amounts of gasoline and diesel fuel since an Israeli strike against Iran is unlikely to include any type of ground incursion into Iran for which these fuels would be used. The only conclusion one can draw, if Israel is not planning to actually invade Iran, which, clearly, it could not, is that Israel is planning to use the gasoline and the diesel fuel for some other ground incursion – and that can only mean an invasion of Lebanon and possibly the Gaza and West Bank when an attack against Iran is launched.

This massive order begs the question; is the final confrontation imminent? And, if not, then what is all this fuel for?

Time will tell. Jet fuel, if it’s going to be used in peak condition, doesn’t have a very long shelf life.

excess, not access

Damien... I read the original document, and it states of a potential sale to Israel. The question becomes:

Has the US ok'ed this sale and has it shipped the fuel off to Israel already? Or is the sale and shipment still pending?

Once Israel gets the fuel, the clock on the attack on Iran is definitely ticking!

Damian Lataan said...

Sorry about the typo. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Northerntruthseeker, the wording about 'potential sale' is just a formality as part of processing the order. As a matter of course such orders are always reviewed. As far as I'm aware, the Israelis haven't yet had a knock-back from the US on such orders. I don't know what stage the order is at at the moment or if it's been shipped yet. It will require several large tankers to transport such large quantities.

Those tankers will load on the US gulf coast.

... or , a False Flag attack on USA fuel supplies ...
Diesel and unleaded is used by ground motorised army which implies a ground attack which out of question in the case of an attack on Iran ...

Do you know if this is a gift or are we going to give them the $
so they can "pay" us for this order?

Israel has a reason to want the most secure territory in the history of the World.
It is that the Gold, Diamonds, paper contracts, Papal Decrees, World's supply of "money", information on EVERYONE in the known World, Blueprints of every military system, every insurance policy,Banknotes, secret agreements, mortgages, Insurance policies,
Bibles, Talmuds. Korans. Sacred manuscripts, Historically-significant clothing, Scientific gadgets, Nuclear weapons, Mummies,Germs,Viruses, Antidotes,Poison Gases, are all stored in a secret place like Fort Knox..but inside Israel : Lets call it " Fort Lox"
Whatever form it is, if the information it holds got out it would cause an uprising throughout the World that the owners of Fort Lox would be stoned to Death.

Damian Lataan said...

I doubt it'll go on the books as a 'gift', though I suspect it'll go on the account that Israel never gets around to paying and will be written off when the next round of 'aid to Israel' comes up.

The bottom line is; the American taxpayer ultimately will pay for it.

Anonymous said...

Hmmm...Maybe they're planning themselves on fire.

Anonymous said...

As many people have already said, the cost for this fuel will come right out of the American Tax-payer's pockets.
Does anyone really think israel will have the balls to launch a ground invasion of Iran??? If you do I suggest you read a little bit on Iran's military.
I'm not a fan of Iran but I'm also not a fan of supporting israel with our taxes!!!!

Guess he diesel will be used for firebombs. Maybe cities, but just as likely forests & grass plains... chaos, mayhem and destruction has always been the jews MO.

The jet fuel can still be partly used on Iran and the gasoline and diesel fuel to face the Palestinians, the Lebanese and the Syrians.

These cockroaches even need the fuel for their wars from the US and other countries. Soon these countries will not be able or willing to support that leach, their days are really numbered.

JP-8 sounds like a lot chemtrail spraying. Are they buying new airplanes?

Anonymous said...

The jet fuel is for the jets and the gas and diesel might just be a hedge against the chaos that will be created when the jets do their job. Do you think the price of gas will go down if Israel bombs Iran?

Anonymous said...

Maybe the Israeli government is taking their military on a well needed vacation. First off an all expense paid jet squadron jaunt around the world with a stop-over on Mars. Second a cross desert pow wow, via tank, under the stars. Finally a spiritual journey through the back streets of Asia, on jeep, searching for their next homeland. Only one rule for the trip. NO CAMERAS!!!!!!!!

Take a look at a mideast map, to launch a ground attack Israel would have to go thru Syria and Iraq. A ground attack does not make any sense.
The extra fuel is probably for the people of Israel to use because it will not be easy to get any kind of fuel after they do attack.
Also Iran has over 500,000 soldiers. Thats a big military.
The USA also has about 1/2 million man army but its scattered all over the world.
The war is not gonna be pretty and its terrible that Israel will drag our country into this war.
America will be fighting the ground war and there will be many more casualties than the Iraq war.
Tired of seeing our young men and woman die for fighting Israels enemies.

The demon seed Jews never sleep. Much like the serpent they represent, their eyes are always open. When will the world wake-up to these evil bastards? They are the instigators behind every war, every skirmish, every evil. They are not the Israelites of the bible. This is a war between principalities, light and dark. They are the dark until they are taken by fire, as stated in Obadiah.

They would buy gasoline as a hedge against soaring oil and gas prices since an attack on Iran would definitely end up with the straight of Hormuz being blocked, and with that, 40% of globlal oil supply. Fuel prices would skyrocket

aj weishar said...

Israel missed their window of opportunity this past week. Russian scientists loaded the nuclear fuel into the plant on the Hormuz Straits. If Israel hits it now, it would close the straits indefinitely, leaving a number of ships, including the U.S. Sixth Fleet, in limbo. So Gaza and Lebanon, yes; Iran, no.

Israel will not attack Iran, and in fact that will be suicide for Israel. Russia and China are providing full backing of Iran. If not, then good luck to Iran and other Muslims. They should declare Jihad on Jews.

THE WRONG SIX MILLION

Solzhenitsyn in a 1975 Washington speech had this to say of the Soviet system which was deemed worthy of being one of 'our' Allies fighting 'for Democracy' against the 'Dictators' in WW2:

"This was a system which, in time of peace, artificially created a famine causing SIX MILLION PERSONS to die in the Ukraine between 1932 and 1933. They died on the very threshold of Europe. And the world didn't even notice it. SIX MILLION PERSONS!" (Alexander Solzhenitsyn Speaks to the West (1978) p 16)

Why are these people and their fate generally unknown in the west?

Roosevelt’s ally Joseph Stalin was supreme dictator of Russia for almost a quarter of a century, from 1929 until his death in 1953. Soviet Russia under Stalin was a despotic police state that relied on internal espionage and terror.

Stalin's first Five-Year Plan, before WW2, sought to bring about the 'collectivization of agriculture' in accordance with Marx's Communist Manifesto. When Communism was imposed on Russia, the small farmers known as kulaks, as private property owners, stood in the way. In 1929 Stalin called for 'the liquidation of the kulaks', and their small family farms, animals, implements and crops were declared to belong to the state. "Trotsky, Zinoviev and Kamenev (all Jews) had always argued that the peasant would never surrender enough food voluntarily and must, if need be, crushed" (Paul Johnson A History of the Modern World (1983) p 268). The army and secret police were used to enforce the policy. All peasants who resisted were treated with violence – an enormous number were killed or sent to exile in remote areas in the frozen north or the desert steppes. Rather than give up their animals, many peasants killed and ate them. As a result, the number of farm animals in the Soviet Union was catastrophically reduced. The peasants stopped farming.

After a while, the cities started running out of food. Orders were given for grain to be confiscated from the peasants. Those caught trying to reserve food for their families were ‘severely dealt with’. By the winter of 1932-3, virtually no food was left in the countryside. By early March 1933, 'death on a mass scale really began'. The main farming areas of Russia, particularly in the Ukraine, were utterly devastated. It was a time of great and terrible hunger, a catastrophic man-made famine.

Eugene Lyons was sent to Russia in 1928 as UP chief correspondent. Arriving as an enthusiastic communist, he experienced the catastrophe at first hand. He described the ‘famine’ in his book Assignment in Utopia (1937):

"Hell broke loose in seventy thousand Russian villages.. A population as large as all of Switzerland's was stripped clean of all their belongings.. They were herded with bayonets at railroad stations, packed indiscriminately into cattle cars and freight cars and dumped weeks later in the lumber regions of the frozen North, the deserts of central Asia, wherever labor was needed, there to live or die..".

The famine alone is estimated conservatively to have caused 6 million deaths, almost half of them children. Other millions died from the killings and sickness as a result of the deportations.

Lyons, himself Jewish, credits the Jewish commissar Lazar Kaganovich with the major portion of responsibility for this major crime against humanity:

"Lazar Kaganovich… it was his iron hand that applied Bolshevik mercilessness." (Lyons, p 578). The Encyclopaedia Britannica says tersely, "(Kaganovich) was one of the small group of Stalin's top advisors pushing for very high rates of collectivization after 1929.. Within the Politburo, Kaganovich.. led the opposition to Kirov's proposed concessions to the peasantry and to his attempts to relax the harshness of Stalin's control.."

Kaganovich died at the age of 98 in 1991, ethnically safe from the Israeli secret service, the Simon Wiesenthal organization and the New York media-intelligentsia..

If Israel strikes, it would be bye bye definite for Israel.

If anyone thinks it would be strike and go home for the night and business as usual, you would be getting the giant of ME to be your lethal enemy in real.

One thing for sure , even if Israel is able to strike Iran , how is Israel going to stop the subsequent war? Going into Lebanon?

You must be joking, all their division would be sucked into Lebanon and never able to come out. Remember Hezbollah has expanded greatly with offensive capabililies, Lebanese army now will join in, Hamas will attack, Iraqi shiites will attack with Iranian elite soldiers alongside.

US in Iraq will be confined to barracks because of the lack of fighting units and the air force may be subjected to SAM strikes upon take off.

Syria will strike now using Hezbollah tactics are is reported to have equipped their infantry with Anti tanks weapons massively.

This plus endless supply of Iranian fighters numbering 500,000 while the 10 million local militias will protect Iran proper.

Israel will be fried when now they would face 15 year of Missile, UAVs, and all kinds of latest sophisticated war equipments for a real war.

Lebanon 2006 will be child'splay.

Can Israel fight a war of attrition? Tiny country?

could be they need the extra gasoline due to an embargo they feel they may be threatened with after the attack?

Forgive the scepticism but I just want to believe that this talk of attack is maybe alarmist....

So what is a normal ammount of fuel for them to order?

Anonymous said...

U R ALL morons, The US has been preparing to HIT Iran for years, to secure the TWO oil pipeline planned for the area. All of the BS about Israel doing it is absurd. It is impossible for them to do so WITHOUT US HELP. But the converse if true; Israel and NATO is going to ASSIST the USA in bringing the whole middle east into WORLD WAR III. ALL to help accomplish the UN's Agenda 21. You people should start studying world events.

Anonymous said...

oh come on now. A country like Israel has to announced they are purchasing excess quantities of jet fuel to the public? That's absurd. They don't tell us anything else.

This is more propaganda. More intimidation for those that pay attention to their foolspeak.

Ignore Israel. Hopefully they will go away soon and stop being the nations bully along with the USSA/

Damian Lataan said...

Israel didn't announce the purchase; the US did as they are obliged to by their own laws. Beside, an order that size would be pretty hard to keep secret anyway.

One thing should be quite clear; there will be no ground invasion of Iran, not by the US and certainly not by the Israelis.

The Israelis will, however, invade Lebanon, the Gaza Strip and, most likely, strengthen their occupation of the West Bank; hence the diesel and gasoline needed for tanks, APCs, artillery, etc.

Anonymous said...

If the US/Israel take on Iran, they will take on the whole Muslim world. This will result in huge Muslim support for Iran, countries like Syria,Lybia,Algeria will see the writing on the wall and will not stand around waiting to be picked off one by one and will stand firmly behind Iran. This will lead to uprisings in Turky,Egypt,Pakistan, and even Oman and Saudi Arabia iff they lend support to the US and Israel. If the radical Muslims take control in Pakistan, they will back Afghanistan and Iraq and the stirring of this hornets nest will result in the battle of the of the Little Bighorne 2, Muslim style.

Anonymous said...

ummm..perhaps the large gas purchases are to hedge against a threat to the strait of hormuz which iran pledged to block. israel will need the gas simply to survive for a month or so until the gas supply routes "stabilize"

Anonymous said...

Why does a purchase of jet fuel (regardless of quantity) signify an impending war? If stored correctly the stuff will last a decade.

Israel in a ground war with Iran??? Get real. Some of you need to look at a map.

An attack on Iran will unite the Muslim world?. The Muslim world could not sufficiently unite organize to run a chook ruffle.

Most of you sound like sports commentators waiting for the kick off.

And to add a little more fuel to the fire, if the shit hits the fan in the ME and oil tankers won't enter the Gulf, oil prices will go sky high.

And since that would be considered an emergency, Israel would have first dibs on our Strategic Petroleum Reserve oil for FIVE years, according to a 1975 pact with Israel worked out by Kissinger.

Employing only reasonable skills of observation, the evidence is overwhelming that Israel controls US foreign policy, the majority of both houses of congress, (all that's needed is a majority -- welcome to the beauty of "democracy", carried forth through bribery, coercion, blackmail and threats to career), and Israel controls what Americans are allowed to know and their perceptions of the Israeli agenda.
Their vast, sophisticated networks insure that few enough Americans concern themselves with it.
AIPAC is the best kept secret and the best disguised "organization" in human history.

Some folk have been wondering what the realistic shelf life of military jet fuel is.

Fuel is a bit like wine, if it's kept under ideal conditions it can be usable after several years. It needs to be sealed in airtight properly prepared drums or other containers and kept at a constant temperature.

However, the air-forces of most nations prefer their fuel to be freshly manufactured to lessen the likelyhood of contamination through either natural deteriation or sabotage. Jet fuel may easily be sabotaged with various soluable easily obtained substances introduced during any one of the number of decanting operations the fuel undergoes before it finally ends up in an aircraft's fuel tank.

Under most operational conditions where the fuel is kept in 'readiness' as against 'storage', fuel will be considered by most AF's to be useful for around six months providing its security is assured.

The bottom line is; most jet jockeys flying into hostile operational areas want to be one hundred percent sure of absolutely everything - including the quality of their fuel.

Hope this is useful.

Aviation fuel is used to power aircraft. It is generally of a higher quality than fuels used in less critical applications.... Australia and the USA oppose a worldwide levy on aviation fuel, but a number of other countries have expressed interest.
