THE MYTH OF AL QAEDA IS NOW ALMOST TOTALLY EXPOSED.

The label ‘Al Qaeda’ has been used, or rather abused, ever since 11 September 2001 when the finger of blame for that terrifying day was pointed at bin Laden and his ‘al Qaeda’ organisation. Indeed, according to George Tenet in his book, At the center of the storm: My years at the CIA, bin Laden was blamed for the attacks by at least three-thirty in the afternoon of 11 September 2001.[1]

Ever since 11 September 2001 bin Laden and/or al Qaeda have been used as an excuse for nigh on every attack that the US and the Israelis have made on Islamic peoples and their nations. An alleged relationship between Saddam Hussein and ‘al Qaeda’ was used as the casus belli for the US and its allies to invade Iraq. Dick Cheney even asserted that Saddam Hussein, with al Qaeda, was responsible for the events of 11 September 2001. But it turned out that there was no such connection at all.

As the insurgency against the occupiers in Iraq gained momentum and US and allied casualties began to mount, so the blame for the increased resistance was placed on ‘al Qaeda in Iraq’ and all those that resisted the occupation were labelled ‘terrorists’. The hate figure devised by the allies to perpetuate the propaganda myth of ‘al Qaeda in Iraq’ was ‘Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’. He gave something that young and gullible US and allied troops could go after. And when he was supposedly ‘killed’ in June 2006 there was much propaganda fanfare and mileage gained from his ‘death’ which was hailed as a ‘great victory’ against al Qaeda.

The ‘great victory’ was short-lived however, and a new hate figure, Abu Ayyub al-Masri, previously Zarqawi’s number two in Iraq, was quickly promoted before people started to believe that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi’s death may actually have signalled the end of the ‘war against terrorism’. It had been reported that he too had also been killed, not by allied forces but by Sunni insurgents in factional fighting, though this has not been confirmed by the US authorities in Iraq.

For some time Mossad, the Israeli intelligence organisation, have tried to plant stooges in the Gaza and West Bank among Palestinians who have tried to pass themselves off as ‘al Qaeda’. The Israelis have failed miserably in their attempts at this. For one thing, the Gaza resistance community is a very tight knit one where everyone just about knows everyone and strangers are very quickly pointed out. The same applies in the West Bank. Of late, however, the Israelis and the US have taken a new tack playing on the friction that has evolved between Hamas and Fatah. Despite the fact that Hamas was popularly elected to govern the Palestinian peoples the Israelis have constantly thwarted Hamas’ ability to so do and have attempted, almost successfully, to polarise the two groups and Palestinians. The US has been active in playing off one against the other by supplying arms to Hamas’ opposition, Fatah.

Meanwhile, in Lebanon, the same US officials responsible for working with the Israelis to undermine Hamas have also been arming and supplying a Sunni Palestinian refugee group in an effort to wedge the influence of the Shia Hizbollah predominate in southern Lebanon. The problem here is that the arrangements have backfired on the US. The group, known as Fatah al-Islam, has taken on an aggressive role against the Lebanese government. The western propaganda machine is trying to say that the Fatah al-Islam group are an ‘al Qaeda inspired’ group. In fact they are more like an ‘Elliot Abrams inspired’ group. The US is now desperately flying in big weapons to deal with this tiny group – which brings us to the next anomaly in this saga.

The group are said to be only five hundred strong at most, probably nearer three hundred, yet the US are going to a huge amount of effort to airlift a lot of weapons for the Lebanese government army. This is more than just a hammer to crack a nut. It’s more like a 300 tonne hydraulic press to squash a pea; unless, of course, the US knows something that the Lebanese don’t.

In raising the ante in Iraq, Lebanon, the West Bank and the Gaza by again raising the empty spectre of ‘al Qaeda’ in order to get at Iran, Syria and Hizbollah, the US and the Israelis have exposed their hand about the myth of ‘al Qaeda terrorism’ in the Middle East.

Nothing in the CNN article you linked to includes an assertion by Dick Cheney that "Saddam Hussein, with al Qaeda, was responsible for the events of September 11th 2001".

The article says that Cheney's response was "We don't know" to the question of Iraqi involvement in 9/11. This is not as assertion that "Saddam Hussein, with al Qaeda, was responsible" for 9/11.

Is there a quote you can find where Cheney actually asserts what you claim he does?

Damian Lataan said...

Donny, I suggest you read the article again. It says: “Vice President Dick Cheney said Thursday the evidence is "overwhelming" that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein's regime in Iraq, and he said media reports suggesting that the 9/11 commission has reached a contradictory conclusion were ‘irresponsible’.”

The assertion is quite clear.

You point out that Cheney says ‘We don’t know’. What the article didn’t say is what he went on to say, which was: ‘That's never been proved. But it's never been disproved’. Again, the assertion is clear.

There is plenty of stuff on the net that directly quotes Cheney. See if you can find it yourself. Hint: Try youtube!

That Donny character sounds like like a child who wanders into the middle of a movie and wants too know what's going on. You have to draw a line in the sand somewhere Damian.

I lost a lot of buddies in Nam because of people like Cheney at places like Hill 45 and so on.

Walter, as frustrating as these people sometimes are, I feel that the only answer is education. But you can only go so far. One can point people in the right direction to a certain extent but in the end it’s up to them. The old adage about being able to lead a horse to water but not being able to force it to drink comes to mind.
Since you’ve served in Vietnam you must be around my own age – old enough to know that it’s not just about friends lost anymore but also about trying to convince those that are about to go off and die, just as friends did, that the lying bastards are simply not worth dying for.

Come on guys, the American government has been pulling the same since America was founded, the reason for which has always been fundamentally the same. $$$$$$!! The Native American nations were shafted for gold, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran and the entire middle east for control of their oil reserves and shipping lanes. When will the "blind" open their eyes and stop hiding behind the false patriotism imposed upon them by their cowardly leaders?
The difference between a coward and a hero?
the coward lies to achieve an end and the hero lies dead after achieving the end for the coward. The sad part is that the hero didn't have to die.

Hi Guys,
Funny (and kind of contentless) discussions above ...
I'm not American, so I have a question: Now that you guys know, since about two to three years, that your government is lying and is extremly corrupt and self-serving (for instance Chaney and halliburton), What are you going to do about it?
Lately, I have heard some huffing-and-puffing from the US-liberal community, still your young keep dying and the Iraq's/Afghanistan's future keeps dissipating.
Isn't it time to stop speakign and start acting? I mean, you DO have some semblence of democracy left, shouldn't you try doing something with theat before it's too late (i.e. when Patriot act III will eventually be presented and passed)?
Good luck and don't loose track of the goal! We've all been on some hill sometimes in our lives, the game is not the hill it's the path to the top ...

Damian Lataan said...

G'day anonymous. Good point; what indeed can we do about it? The answer, as I have said before, from my point of view, is only to teach. I don't have billions of influential dollars, I am not the leader of any political party nor am I in charge of some vast revolutionary army. Hi. Long time reader. Damian you said:

"I am not the leader of any political party nor am I in charge of some vast revolutionary army."

I am in the process of starting my own vast revolutionary army. It started in the basement and will shortly be moving onto the streets. The first rule is I am not meant to talk about it.

Anonymous said...

Tyler, revolutionary movements are necessary in times like ours. Someone has to stand up for the people who are suffering.

Too bad your first rule is one you can't mention. Is there a second rule?

Sorry Ed but I cant mention that either. Suffice to say I reject the basic assumptions of civilization, including material possession.

After several months investigating 9/11, the FBI said two things, one, we don't have enough evidence against Bin Laden to put him on a "wanted poster" and two, the evidence implicating "former" Israeli Intelligence personnel in the 9/11 attacks is "classified."

The evidence linking Israelis to 9/11 is much stronger than the Bid Laden evidence, as the FBI found.

The Urban Moving Systems employees who were caught celebrating and filming the attacks later admitted that they were sent over here to "document the event."

The hijackers were not Islamic, Koran-reading Jihadists, but rather sexually active, partying hired gun types.

It is obvious that the the white van parked outside of Logan with the Koran in the front seat was placed for propaganda by those who wanted us to go to war against Islam.

The six or so hijackers who are still alive, (They were victims of identity theft, mostly from UK), most likely their identities were stolen, not by "El-Qaeda" but by a foreign intelligence service backed by a soverign state.

The propaganda mill is so effective, you cannot make such statements without being labeled a "neo-nazi."

I'm so sick of hearing people suggest that someone died in some meaningless war "so that i could have the internet" or "so i could be free".

Freedom is granted by God, and it is the right of every human being the last time I checked. Soldiers do not provide me with freedom. I would indeed be free even if I lived under the most brutal repressive regimes on earth ( i wonder if i dont sometimes ) because the intrinsic notion of "freedom" is there even if someone is preventing one from excercizing it.

At any rate, I see what they mean, yes, but the the truth is there hasn't been a war in the last 100 years that decided whether or not I would be free, so please, enough with the blather about someone dying face down in the muck to protect a freedom that was never in jeopardy to begin with.

I'm sick of hearing people suggesting that the Nazis were some kind of benchmark in evil, when all the world's current problems are attributable to the powers that won the war, not those who lost it.

What's happening in the world today is just the fulfilment of the victory won by the Jews and their puppets over Germany in 1945.

So how dare anyone use 'Nazi' as a term of abuse.

Damian Lataan said...

The word 'Nazi' is used as a term of abuse in it's own right on account of the Nazis attempt to exterminate European Jewry. If its used in conjunction with what right-wing Zionists have been doing to the Palestinians it is done so as an anology for what the Nazis did to the Jews in Europe during the Secod World War; in which case using it as a term of abuse directed toward right-wing Zionists is quite appropriate.

Either way, the use of the word 'Nazi' as a form of abuse is appropriate and your defence of it is really not approprite at all - unless you happen to be a Nazi yourself that is.

Anonymous said...

Damian, you've shot yourself in the foot. Go to school, and study European History.

What you call NAZI is derogatory for:
National Social-Democratic Party.
Not my favorite, this is just for the sake of fairness and facts.

European Jewry??? Which one??? West European Jews were generally well educated and leftist. See Emilia Platter, Rosa Luxenburg.

East European Jews were just the opposite. Poor, uneducated, ultra conservative, religious, unassimilated, controlled by their Judenrat.

Check Mein Kampf. Hilter is referring to communists, most of whom were Western Jews. Yes, they were his political enemies. Most of them escaped. It was the Polish Jews who suffered not because they were seen as opposition, but a burden on Hitler's war effort. And they were not going anywhere because no one wanted a jewish problem while the war was raging.

And finally, Soviet Jews, secular and motivated.

Before you make sweeping analogies, consider this.

Damian Lataan said...

National Social-Democratic Party???!!!

I think it is you that should go back to school sunshine; the word ‘Nazi’ is what members of the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (NSDAP) or National Socialist German Workers Party, used to call themselves. The word ‘Nazi’ simply comes from the way the first part of the German word ‘National’ is pronounced; NATZI-onarl, then shortened to ‘Nazi’.

I’m not in the slightest bit interested in your pedantic crap about who was being killed by the Nazis.

Americans need to see such things like this to get the idea of how brainwashed they are, so how the police state comes act after act. If you could spend a second hearing what the world is shouting at you, maybe you could see things from a diferent point of view, and everything will be clear. You see the people outside US like bunch of monkeys because of the media told you so, so be it. But have in mind that the vast part of the rest of the people of the world have suffered what you're about to live..

..we are prepared for that, YOU DON'T thats when Darwin gets ironical..

so pay attention to the voices outside.

Please wake up, you're the first line to defend the world against the domination of a government nor representative to your will, nor of the rest of the world.

Al Qaeda is a zionist invented tool so they can advance their agenda. Only Israel benefits from these endless Middle East wars. Iraq is the beginning. As we commit war-crimes in Baghdad, the US gov't commits treason at home by opening mail, eliminating habeas corpus, using the judiciary to steal private lands, banning books like "America Deceived" from Amazon and Wikipedia, conducting warrantless wiretaps and engaging in illegal wars on behalf of AIPAC's 'money-men'. Soon, another US false-flag operation will occur (sinking of an Aircraft Carrier by Mossad) and the US will invade Iran.. Then we'll invade Syria, then Saudi Arabia, then Lebanon (again) then ....

Neocons have tried desperately to associate Iraq with bin laden and 9/11 and have been unable to come up with anything that sticks. Maybe they are hoping as time passes and so much noise and disinformation is repeated again and again that it will become something like roswell to UFO buffs. It creates a giant myth that they can believe in no matter how much evidence is to the contrary.

What is interesting is that if someone connected to al Qaeda stayed with the kurds in the north, they try to say somehow this proves an al Qaeda/Saddam link. However, if a dozen Saudis are directly involved in 9/11 then that must just be some fringe group or disturbed individuals responsible. Oh, it has nothing to do with any of our oil drenched friends in the Saudi government. They are angels.

I couldn't agree more Mr Lataan. I'm a younger vet (34, USMC). I found out the the hard way that "they" don't want a few good men. They want a few expendable men to die for special foreign interest groups. It's not about duty and serving this great nation to these people. It's about wasting young American lives for evil's gain. Peace and safety to all my brothers (and sisters) in arms.

Hey Dude and all-I am a Viet vet. Damian Lataan, I used to be believe as you believe...until I stumbled upon a Jewish blog with many colorful comments by fellow Jews about such things as the Halacha that a Jew is not to save the life of a non-Jew on the Sabbath. Modernity and necessity has now brought exception to this however, so Jews may save a non-Jewish life SO JEWS DON'T LOOK BAD and there isn't a retaliation against Jews FOR this halacha (not because we are all equal but because their supposed God determines that they are better and are worthy of saving on the Sabbath but non-Jews are not).

There are further such things as a Jew is commanded to NOT RETURN possessions or articles of a non-Jew if it is lost. So, if you lose your wallet, you'd better damn well hope a practicing religious Jew doesn't find it because you'll never see it and if he does return it, he's violating his own Jewish law.

The Talmud is full of these little nuggets that provide the rest of the world a peak at the beliefs of Jews and how they really do want to be separated and see others as different and "more chosen" then the rest.

This has been a real mind-opener for me because I was always in heavy defense of religious Jews while condemning political Zionists and in fact blamed them for the Holocaust fully, using innocent Jews the way they did, which is still true and still a travesty, but knowing how Talmudic Judaism sees non-Jews, I have far less compassion for their past and have new respect for WHY things have been so difficult for them over the years...too bad they don't see it.

I can't find my original source but here is another source that confirms the Sabbath saving truth:

The Cold War was replaced by the UN led Movement for Reparations for Western Colonialism's Depredations. The kick-off Durban Conference ended just about 13 days prior to 9-11 and was the actual Trigger for 911. Thus, instead of a world wide movement for Reparations led and funded by Islamic Charities, the world was given a world wide War Against Terrorism, which really meant a Crusade Against the Muslim World, who it was feared wanted to bankrupt and destroy the West by using Western inspired canons of ethics and morality. Now that the West must destroy their own canons of ethics and morality to fight their own fears and psychological weaknesses, the entire edifice of lies and mythology built up in the wake of WWII's closure is beginning to collapse.

Robert, you are correct about the protocols. Hidden in plain sight. That way when people bring it up they are immediately dismissed and ridiculed.

They have been using such tactics for quite some time.

It truly is creepy when you read the protocols and see hwo in fact, everything that you see around you now is written within its pages, right down to them using people for their goals, throwing money and power at them, then exposing them and their corruption. Next a "savior" politician that will be spotless and not at all of the ilk we have seen lately will appear (I think this is probably what you are referring to - an "anti-Christ" so to speak, who is charming and appears to be "all that").
